Dear Casey,
This thank you note is long overdue and for that, I apologize.
I bought my Hyundai from Hyundai of Tempe three years ago and have since moved to North Carolina (where I continue to search for the same caliber of customer service I received from Tempe). Recently I have had service questions that I couldn’t get answered at my local dealerships. You were willing to take my calls even though I was 2500 miles away! In fact, you helped me twice in the last year and with both calls, you took the time to answer my questions with outstanding advice and information. And you did it graciously-- without making me feel like I was taking up your time. You even thanked me for calling you! Wow! Because of people like you, Hyundai of Tempe has the best customer service out there. You are the bench mark by which I judge other Hyundai dealers for customer service. Even if I were to find a dealership with the same awesome customer service, when it is time for me to buy another Hyundai, I will come back to Hyundai of Tempe for my car—no matter where I am in the country! You gotta dance with the one that takes ya, right?

Jan 30th 2010 purchased a Car from you folks.We are truly happy with the purchase so far. I just wanted to let you know about my recent contact with Hyundai of Tempe. Last Saturday my car became disabled in a shopping center parking lot. I called your service department and was given the number for roadside assistance. They were quite helpful and arrived within 15 minutes. I called my service advisor, Casey Grant, who was most helpful, as he always is. First thing Monday morning he is calling me to tell me my car is fixed and what time would I like to be picked up to return to the dealer. Even your driver was so kind. What a pleasant experience! I am sure it is not any one person who makes it work, it is the spirit of teamwork by all of the people at Hyundai of Tempe! Thank you for being there when I needed you!!

I had a repair done on my vehicle for a CV boot. The service and timing were perfect. I did run into a problem with a noise that occurred after the repair. Donna and the tech. Brian looked at the car two more times and determined the cause and made the repair. I was provided a vehicle and they were above the line on service!!!!!!!! I have heard the sound again, and I am sure that this is something that is not related to what we were addressing. Either way, I am certain that Donna will take care of this and it will be a painless experience. She is a great representative of your dealership!

Ryan Hatch provides excellent service. Previously I was taking my car to Brakes Plus and Midas, I had a few bad expierences with both places and decided to try the dealership.I was told that the dealership was more and they recommend fixing things, that don't need to be fixed. That's not the case! I have had excellent service and Ryan has always taken more then enough time to go over what the car needs to run efficiently. He is well versed and highly knowledgeable in his specific industry. I will always bring my car back and recommend any friend or relative to your location for service or a new purchase.

Dear Sirs, As always, my experience with David Aldrich as my Service Supervisor was exceptional. He is very professional, curtious and always pays attention to detail. I had the pleasure of having David as my Service Supervisor at "Santan Honda" and now have him for my wife's S.U.V. at Hyundae. I might ad, one of the reasons we even looked at the Santa FE was because David recommended it! If it wasn't for this recommendation, we probably wouldn't have bought it. Everyone esle I thought did a great job with the Service and the Cleaning of my wife's vehicle ( I'm a stickler on that, just ask David! ) and all in all everything went fine. Best Regards,

We bought our first Hyundai (Santa Fe) from Hyundai of Tempe. It was a pleasure working with the fleet, sales and service staff. When the Santa Fe was totalled in a rear end crash and I walked away with only bumps and bruises, there was no question we would purchase another Hyundai and we returned to our "home" at Hyundai of Tempe. Great service attitude! Because of several relatives recommendations form years of satisfaction, we purchased our Elantra from another dealership. The sales experience was fine, but several weeks later, I started receiving e-mails from Chapman Hyundai. I did not buy the Elantra from Chapman. Chapman had purchased that dealership. I have had such absolutely horrible service experience with Chapman in the past, that now there would be no way that I would have the car serviced where I purchased it! Unfortunately, I didn't get my first oil change service gratis since I didn't purchase the car at your dealership, but the service was excellent. I look forward to a long happy relationship with people who actually do what they say the will do!

The service at your location has always been very good. My only concern was that you seemed to have a turn over problem with your service reps. I don't believe that I was able to maintain the same rep more than 3 service periods. It's hard to develope any type of accord under those conditions. The most recent rep I have had is Donna. She's hung on the longest of all the reps I had, and she's really great!!! She makes me feel like a valued customer; without being so sweet as to hurt my teeth! Seriously, she explains things thoroughly and simply (in deference to my lack of auto knowledge); and in short, makes a somewhat tedious and confusing experience pleasant!

I arrived in Arizona last year w/a 2004 Hundai Santa Fe and starting bringing my car into Tempe Hyundai. I was so pleased w/your service department that I purchased a new Santa Fe from you. As always I had a pleasant experience at your dealership. The staff is helpful and friendly. My Service Advisor Donna always informs me of what has been done exactly to the car and also fit in an unscheduled oil change on the day of my appointment.
